One sales team, taken apart on the facts

A services company, three reps. We looked at the owner's own data, not at an interview with the owner.

leads with no phone number — zero payments

931

deals sitting untouched for over a month

52%

lost deals closed with no reason given

One gap — a phone number collected only 19% of the time — costs you $39–55k a year. The owner never saw it: the CRM holds no amounts, no payments, and no history of stage changes.

What would your conversations show?

// where to start

First decide which of the two jobs is yours

They get confused all the time, and it costs time and money: the order of work differs, so does the result.

track A

No sales team yet — we build it from scratch

Leads come in and you handle them between other things. Or you had a salesperson, they left, and it's on you again.

We hire, train, onboard and get them to steady conversion. It takes very little of your time.

Week-by-week scope
track B

You have a team, but sales aren't systematic. We fix that

Reps, front-desk staff, field sales. Team size doesn't matter: conversations already exist, so there's something to listen to.

We find where the money leaks and sit down with your reps: review conversations, find what works with your customers, rewrite scripts and process.

Start with a conversation review
// how the work runs

What you get at every step

Four steps. After each one you hold documents: a report with numbers, a recorded test call with a candidate plus scoring, the CRM rules, the compensation plan. The exact schedule we build once we've seen your company.

01

We show you where the money leaks · step 1

We listen to your calls and read your chats. You get the leak points verbatim: quote, timestamp, amount. Plus a clear plan for this week.

You end up knowing exactly where in the conversation your money stops. And how much of it is there.

02

We hire your reps and get them producing · step 2

We hire, train, onboard and get them to steady conversion. Every candidate does a test call, recorded and transcribed, with a scoring sheet. Not a fit? Replacement at no cost.

You see a candidate working before you pay them a salary: the test call recording and the scoring are in your hands.

03

We set the rules and the deal tracking · step 3

Written rules, deal tracking and a report you read in two minutes. The team's work becomes visible in numbers.

You open a report for two minutes and see who did what this week.

04

We align pay with the plan · step 4

We build a comp plan where doing what you need is what pays the rep. Plus a conversation scoring sheet, so conversion stops depending on mood.

Doing what you need is what pays the rep. Conversion stops depending on mood.

A full build takes three months and up. We put together the week-by-week schedule on the call, for your situation.

// what makes us different

The ads work. The reps can sell. Everything between them is what breaks.

We don't ask you what's wrong. We listen to how people speak to customers in your name and show it verbatim: quote, second, recording number.

Your reps do the selling. We show exactly where a rep lost the customer and what to say next time. You can check our work yourself: play the recording and hear what the report says.

review excerpt · recording 07
04:12 “I'll send you a quote and call you in a few days.”

No date. Across twenty recordings that sentence appeared nine times. Over the next two weeks, two of those nine calls actually happened.

// what you're comparing this to

And if you change nothing

The arithmetic is simple: hours of real work, and deals sitting still.

How it's usually done without us

  • Leave it as it is. The gaps don't go anywhere. The ads are paid for, people came, and people left.
  • Listen to calls yourself — about 25 hours a month. Nearly a full week of a manager's time. And that's just listening, before turning any of it into numbers.
  • Hire someone to monitor it — another salary. They get through 8–10 conversations a day, which is 20–25% of the flow. Nobody hears the other 75%.

With us

  • We review every single conversation. A weekly review with an action plan for the week ahead
  • We work with what you already have: no migrations, no swaps, no retraining
  • You see the first findings in week one
  • No annual lock-in and no exit penalties. Not seeing results, you stop
// who works on it

A team of four works on your project

Building a sales department is four different jobs, and one pair of hands can't do them. So the roles are split on every project.

role 01

Build consultant

Runs the project, holds the deadlines, reports to you weekly. Your single point of contact.

role 02

Recruiter

Role profile, candidate funnel, recorded test call with a scoring sheet.

role 03

Conversation analyst

Listens to recordings and reads chats, builds a library of reviews for new reps.

role 04

Technical specialist

Deal tracking, telephony, reporting. Read-only access.

Twenty minutes on a call

You tell us how your sales work: who sells, how many people, how long a deal takes, where leads come from. We tell you which of the two jobs is yours, what it costs and how long it takes. You send nothing and pay nothing.

The questions people ask first

What does a full build cost?

From $1,500 a month, three months minimum. You pay monthly in advance, not for the whole term up front. Want to start small? Take the conversation review for $150: three working days, and you'll see how we work.

Do you work on a contract? Can we pay in instalments?

Both, yes. The contract and the NDA are signed before we get access to anything of yours.

I don't have a sales team, just two front-desk staff. Is this for me?

Yes, that's track A. Half the people who come to us have no team: they sell themselves, or with one or two others.

I already have a head of sales. Will you replace them?

No. Your head of sales stays. We hand them the conversation reviews and the numbers; the people and the plan remain theirs. You get the report first, they get it with you.

What happens to our recordings?

Before you hand us anything, we sign a non-disclosure agreement with you. Every one of our people working on your project signs the same agreement.

How much of my time does this take?

Week one: one 20-minute call and access to your recordings. After that, one meeting a week. If you don't have even that hour, better not to start — we say so honestly.
